When the audio begins there's a heavy pounding on Kevas' door and when he starts talking he doesn't sound happy at all.]

[Talia's own response is soft and level, but as Nel is guarding the actual ice door itself, she does not feel pressed to do so. She and Kevas' thoughts are all but one these days, so unfortunately for the troll, she'll be perfectly aware if he manages to actually make progress in leaving his room.

For now she'll leave it at that, knowing that there is more than enough in his room to keep him supplied and that she'll be able to get in the room in a moment should she need to.

It's that whole 'not given a choice' bit that jabs her the hardest and earns the first response.]
