[These spiders are really getting on Kevas' last nerves. He can't leave his room without being bitten three or four times be the damn things. At this point he's not even trying to avoid stepping on them. Any of the little buggers that get in his way will become nothing but a smear.

The last pest to bite him was an odd looking one but it delivered one painful bite for its size. Annoying yes, but it doesn't give Kevas any cause for concern...or at least it didn't until a pair of large swellings formed on his wrists.]

[Flexing his wrist again, another strand of web shoots out. This time though Kevas aims towards the roof of the barracks. It only reaches about halfway but that's good enough. Kevas tugs on the strand, testing its strength, and then begins scaling the wall.

By the time she arrives Kevas is almost at the top already. He can't explain it but he's feeling incredibly agile, more so than he normally is. In fact it feels almost unnatural, as if there's an enchantment on him.

Feeling as if he's being watched, Kevas looks down and finds Nel. All he does is give her a small wave, having no idea what to say.]
