[It's over. The plague is gone and things are starting to settle again. Standing in the Green, Kevas looks up to the sky at the falling rain. It might be able to wash away the blood, but it can never wash away the memories. Aht died. He said he would protect her and she still died. That will never stop eating at him. Then there's Derek. Kevas doesn't know if he's back yet but if he is, Kevas can't imagine he's taking things too well, or Chloe for that matter, or...well anyone. So much heartache and it's all the fault of one stupid ladymon.

Kevas sighs and falls backwards onto the grass with a wet splat. The rain feels nice against his skin. Maybe he'll just sit here and soak for awhile. That sounds like a good idea.

He just lays there for a moment before grabbing his journal.]

I'm taking a break for the rest of the week. If you need me you know where to find me.

[He's about to toss his journal aside when he decides to add a little more.]
