[The feed starts and everyone is treated to the sight of a soaking wet troll. At least this time he's got his clothes on.]

Anymon here be able to tell me just what dis be?

[The picture shifts to the lapras in her kiddy pool happily splashing about. When she notices Kevas recording her, she leans her head in curiously. Hope everyone enjoys that shot of her eyeball. Finally she pulls back, making a happy little noise, and splashes a large wave of water at Kevas.]

Son of a-

[The feed cuts out.]

[While she's busy examining his mate, Kevas gets a closer look at this new creature. She's big alright, and could carry him easily. As long as she's in this pool though she'll be getting no exercise.]

Dere gotta be a way to move her. Big ladymon like dis gonna be needin' some exuhcise. Can't let her just sit her soakin' random trolls dat be walkin' by.

[Kevas reaches down into her pool and grabs the inflatable penguin floating in it.]

At least she be havin' sometin' to play wid fuh da moment.

[The lapras eyes Kevas as he moves around, but doesn't move to splash him again .. yet. Talia's hands move down her neck, stroking the smooth skin with open bewilderment. She's never seen anything remotely similar and the creature is rather amazing.]

I should think there must be some way..Although she doesn't seem particularly land capable. The lake's too far to even consider attempting to move her that far .. she's too big.

[Talia gives the lapras' shoulder a friendly pat and then she looks to the inflatables that Kevas messes with.]

Well, toys are unfortunately only going to do so much ..

[She spots the little red and white ball on the table nearby and gestures toward it.]

Is that one of her toys?

[He looks from the lapras to the stable's exit.]

I ain't even sure she could fit t'roo da door.

[Kevas reaches up and gently bops the serpent on the nose with the toy. In response, she bops him back and Kevas chuckles. This goes on for a while, even as he looks to the ball that Talia mentions.]

It be kinda small. Maybe she be likin' to play fetch?

[Talia's gaze moves from the creature to the door and back again, frowning slightly.]

Does seem a bit too big, doesn't she .. Damn ..

[She is contemplating this problem when Kevas and the Lapras share their toy battle and a smile curls her lips once more. And then her eyes drift to the red and white ball and she makes her way over to it. She picks up the small ball and there is practically no weight to it at all.]

I'd be afraid she'd break it .. or choke on it. Doesn't seem much like a toy ..

[In her various turning of the poke-ball, Talia manages to activate it and with a flash of light it alights on Lapras and the ball opens. When the flash fades, Lapras is gone and the ball is closed once more and sitting in Talia's hand.

Cue a rather horrified Talia.]

Haven help me .. what have I done??

[Kevas springs back immediately when he sees the light, more out of instinct than any actual fear. He stares at the pool where the lapras was only moments before.]

What da hell...

[His eyes flicker back to Talia and the ball she's holding in her hand. The gears in his head start turning. Now he doesn't know much of anything about technology but he does know a thing or two about magic.]

Hit dat t'ing again.

[There's no way these people would put something that would kill the creatures here when they take such care of them.]

[Talia is horrified that she's done something to the poor creature, her hazel eyes wide as she looks at her mate. When he suggests hitting the ball in her hand again, she looks dubious, but shifts it in her hand.

The motion seems to be the correct one, and she lets out a startled sound as the ball flashes again, opening in her hand. With the beam of light comes the reappearance of the sea creature back in the wading pool.

Her eyes are wide for a whole new reason as they settle on the happily splashing lapras.]

Havens ..

[She looks down at the ball in her hand.]

Well .. I think we've accounted for how we'll get her to the lake ..

[So he's right after all. It's some sort of traveling device they made for her. That means they can take her out of here without worrying about the dust. Not that there's enough water anywhere other than the lake for her.]

Dere she be, and no worse fuh wear.

[Kevas grins, stepping forward and patting the giant turtle thing on the snout. She responds by bopping Kevas happily as she did before.]

Dat be a useful liddle t'ing. Wish I could get me one of dem. I can t'ink of a few mons I wouldn't mind stuffin' in dere.
